The reconstruction of Good Class Bungalow involves the addition of new front living quarters, with slender timber screen which provides privacy and forming rhythmic patterns on the main frontage. The inserted new greenery adds life to the house which allows living spaces to look into them, allowing a direct relationship with the garden and pool. The land area of the Good Class Bungalow site is 15,830 square feet, with an estimated new expanded built-up area of 15,270 square feet.
