The reconstruction of semi-detached dwelling house seeks to maximise communal floor spaces within the guidelines of URA’s Envelope Control. A new roof-top sky garden is conceived as an continuous extended space of the indoors, creating a sense of openness and privacy, high above the neighbouring developments. The land area is 3,780 square feet with an estimated new expanded built-up area of 4,725 square feet.
