The redevelopment of Semi-Detached Dwelling House maximises the built-up floor area within the permitted setback requirements of URA’s envelope control guidelines. The design fulfils the idea of living at the pool front, with a new feature pool inserted on 2nd Storey terrace, presenting a striking frontage for the house and defying typical planning conventions. The land area of the site is 3,210 square feet, with a new expanded built-up area of 6,350 square feet.
