Designed by the esteemed architectural firm AEDAS, Global Tech Exchange (GTECH) is a remarkable mixed-use development within the new Phnom Penh City Center (PPCC). This expansive project encompasses two office towers, a convention center hotel under the renowned Hilton Hotel brand, and an IT and media hub with a dedicated Data Center (BYTEDC).
Completion: Est. 2024
With two levels of retail podiums and two destination floors in each office tower, GTECH promises to create a vibrant environment for F&B and retail, supporting the entire ecosystem of the new PPCC.
As an integral part of the 111.6-hectare PPCC development strategically situated in the heart of the city, GTECH aims to introduce modern city conveniences to Cambodia. It will feature multiple entry points and international-standard traffic systems, ensuring easy accessibility and seamless transportation.
Unlike existing developments in the country, PPCC is an integrated township with a strong focus on comprehensive infrastructure systems. It will employ an underground cabling system to house utility services, ensuring efficient maintenance and keeping them hidden from public view. Additionally, a comprehensive drainage system is being developed to mitigate future flooding.
In collaboration with PPCC, GTECH will transform Phnom Penh's cityscape into a modern, sustainable, commercial, and leisure hub. Equipped with world-class facilities purpose-built for both local and international businesses and investors, it will create opportunities for the growth of commerce, culture, arts, and sports within the PPCC. By 2025, the district is projected to house over 56,000 residents and attract more than 190,000 daily visitors. Once completed, GTECH will proudly stand as a modern icon in the Phnom Penh City's skyline, leaving an indelible mark within the urban fabric.
